Assist with the day‑to‑day operations of the dispensary (retail store) and provide support for the management team. Responsible for maintaining best‑in‑class customer service, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards, setting performance standards, and keeping associates motivated. Requires excellent leadership qualities, strong retail math skills, and a solid understanding of dispensary inventory and products.
