Proper Cannabis in Festus, MO seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily dispensary operations and staff leadership. You will help meet financial goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee inventory, audits, and vendor relations.

The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of Missouri cannabis laws, and the ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID. A bachelor’s in business plus cannabis retail exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Missouri and local cannabis laws.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License & Clear MV report per company requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of cannabis strains (Sativa/Indica/Hybrids) and medicinal effects.
