Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks a General Manager to oversee all dispensary operations, driving compliance and sales growth while leading a dedicated team across the organization.

In this role you will shape inventory management, staff development and financial oversight to achieve excellence in customer service and operational performance. You’ll collaborate across the company to align with HEART values and company goals.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management position.
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrated skills in people management and development.
• Strong customer service expertise, including supervising retail associates and experience in handling invoices and cash.
• Proficiency with various business technologies, hardware, and software, including HR systems for timesheet management, time clocks, POS systems, and the Microsoft Office suite, is expected

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the dispensary team
• Ensure daily operations meet performance metrics and customer expectations
• Oversee product merchandising and store layout
• Develop and implement staff schedules to meet business needs
• Monitor and improve supply chain logistics to reduce stockouts
• Develop and maintain robust compliance protocols and audits
• Train and mentor staff and manage the dispensary's budget
• Analyze revenue and expenses and report on KPIs
