Job summary

BeLeaf Medical, a Missouri cannabis leader, operates Swade Dispensaries in Overland and seeks a Dispensary Fulfillment Technician to power back-of-house operations. You’ll fulfill orders, ensure inventory is audit-ready, and maintain compliance across labeling and product readiness.

Day and overnight shifts are available; overnight roles offer an extra $2–$3/hour differential. BeLeaf covers premiums and provides generous time off and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Ability to stay compliant with cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill in-store, pick-up, and home delivery orders accurately and compliantly.
• Print and attach QR labels; organize products by METRC number and product type.
• Enter lab results and expiration dates into Treez for regulatory compliance; assist with purchases in Treez POS.
• Split METRC tags and assist with deliveries; print COAs and lab results on request.
