Job summary

Planet 13 is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate in Deerfield Beach, FL to deliver education, awareness, and client solutions while providing excellent customer service. The role involves greeting customers, verifying IDs, processing payments, and supporting events and marketing to achieve sales goals.

Training will be provided; at least 2 years of customer service experience with direct patient interaction is preferred. Must be 21+ and pass a Florida background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience with direct patient/customer interaction preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and provide information to customers.
• Verify customer ID and cannabis card status.
• Dispense medication and process payments via POS or delivery.
• Maintain all online pickup orders.
• Build relationships by assessing needs and providing timely information.
• Collaborate with Dispensary Manager on events.
• Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, marketing and materials.
• Support marketing and sales efforts to meet goals.
