Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate – Part-Time (Temporary) to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate them on products, and ensure compliant, smooth purchases in a retail setting. The role emphasizes customer service and product knowledge, with a flexible schedule to meet store needs.

Position requires a high-school diploma, 21+ years of age, and prior cash handling experience. The store operates with a comprehensive benefits package and pays $15.15 per hour, plus tips

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers about cannabis products and effects while delivering excellent service.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner per State regulations.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Support delivery/online orders as needed.
