Job summary

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking an energetic Dispatcher to ensure safe, timely parts deliveries to wholesale customers. The role requires a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of the local area.

Prior parts experience is encouraged as the company grows and values reliability. The Dispatcher will route deliveries efficiently, maintain delivery logs, and uphold professional standards while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license are required.
• Knowledge of local area and willingness to learn on the job.
• Experience in parts delivery is a plus and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage and route deliveries to wholesale customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, other company locations, wholesale accounts and vendors.
• Establish an efficient delivery route and keep accurate logs of deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain professional attitude, conduct and appearance.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely to maintain a clean driving record and report maintenance needs.
• Follow state and federal regulations, including hazardous waste disposal where applicable.
