Responsibilities

1. Support safe, proper shuttle operations through scheduling, employee communication, and shift management.
2. Schedule vehicles and drivers for fixed route service; cover open shifts on short notice when necessary.
3. Maintain working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
4. Be punctual, in uniform, and present a professional appearance.
5. Assist customers and employees courteously, directing them to the appropriate personnel if needed.
6. Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
7. Facilitate driver meetings, training, and procedural updates; know the area well.
8. Assist Facility Managers with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

Education: High School Degree or equivalent.

Experience/Knowledge: Prior shuttle or transportation operations experience preferred.

Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.

License: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English for reading, writing, speaking, and communication.

Mathematical Skills: Basic addition and subtraction, understanding Hours of Service regulations.

Appearance: Neat, clean, and in uniform at all times.

Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, and use communication devices regularly; accommodations available for disabilities.

Salary Range: $23.00 per hour
