Fisher-Bus-Service is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to develop and maintain bus routes using routing software and district guidelines. You will adjust routes for efficiency, safety, and compliance with state and local regulations.

You will dispatch drivers, assign buses, monitor operations, and communicate route changes to drivers promptly. Also handle customer inquiries, maintain route and incident records, and assist with driver scheduling and payroll verification as needed.

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or school bus operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service & Communication: Serve as a contact for drivers, school staff, and parents regarding transportation issues.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards and transportation policies.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, driver assignments, and incident reports.
• Administrative Duties: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on routing efficiency and performance.
• Assist with driver scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll verification as needed.
