Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dispatching, transportation, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary courses or logistics training is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word, with typing accuracy; TRUX is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch daily routes and coordinate drivers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve route and service issues.
• Collaborate with drivers, customer service, sales and maintenance.
• Handle incoming service requests and determine staffing levels.
• Enter ticket information and track productivity using company software.
