Qualifications

• 1–2 years dispatch or scheduling experience, preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and consistent attendance (critical for operational flow)
• Proficiency with scheduling systems, maps, and route planning tools
• Team-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries, services, emergency calls, and pickups across all service areas.
• Create, update, and communicate daily route plans based on customer needs, jobsite changes, and service priorities.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to schedule new rentals, removals, and special requests.
• Monitor inventory to ensure availability.
• Log service notes and route updates accurately for billing and quality control.
• Maintain clear communication between customers, drivers, and management throughout the day.

Location: Midland, TX, On-site

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; Every other weekend on-call if needed

Compensation Range: $16/hour - $22/hour; pay is commensurate with experience
