I started the company in 2007, and we have since grown to be the largest residential garage door service company in North America, operating in 40 markets+ across 20 states.
As an A1 Dispatcher, you will be maximizing daily service capacity by building efficient routes and proactively communicating with technicians and customers. Having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing A1 Garage Door Services. To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, persuasive and have practical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
Routing and dispatching technicians to locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
Building relationships with technicians to better understand what motivates them
Communicating with technicians and customers throughout the day via telephone, text messaging and email
Focus on 1 call resolution whenever possible in order to provide our customers with a 5-star experience
Managing the dispatch board for cancellations and schedule changes
Basic Requirements:
Be nice! I know, we shouldn’t have to say that, but we mean it.
Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, & Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong active listening skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Able to work independently
