• Dispatch and assign drivers/carrier for customer service through the use of the OTM system and Samsara.
• Provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Effectively communicate with yard managers to access their transportation/dispatch needs.
• Ability to organize and make decisions.
• Investigate accidents when necessary.
• All other tasks as assigned.
