North-Central EMS is seeking a dispatcher/call taker to support the NCEMS Communications Center. You will receive and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls from the public EMS personnel, assess situations, prioritize needs, and coordinate internal and external resources.
This full-time night-shift position requires a customer-focused attitude, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

This employee performs a variety of skills in support of the NCEMS Communications Center; receives and dispatches emergency and non-emergency calls from the public EMS Personnel; participates in the work of a dispatcher/call taker and performs other duties as assigned.
Assist with mental health transports, as needed.
High School or better in General.
