We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher / Mail Clerk / Data Entry Clerk. This remote role involves coordinating dispatch operations, managing mail and correspondence, and performing accurate data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be efficient, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Dispatching Duties:

  • Schedule and coordinate dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries or service calls.
  • Communicate with drivers, field personnel, or service providers to relay instructions and updates.
  • Monitor and track dispatched orders, resolving any delays or issues promptly.

Mail Clerk Duties:

  • Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of mail logs, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations.
  • Coordinate with courier services (USPS, FedEx, UPS) for shipments and returns.

Data Entry Duties:

  • Input, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must be a U.S. resident or legally authorized to work in the USA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, mail handling, or data entry preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, data entry software).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time (40 hrs/week) or Part-Time (20-30 hrs/week) - Flexible shifts available.
