Job summary

Westmint Logistics is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to join our growing team and help streamline daily operations while delivering outstanding service to our clients. This remote-friendly role supports last-mile deliveries across the network, coordinating routes and resolving issues to keep packages moving on schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of dispatch or logistics experience, strong multitasking and time management skills, and fluency in communication with drivers and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics (last‑mile delivery preferred).
• Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes, assigning drivers to maximize efficiency and meet delivery time windows.
• Monitor real-time driver progress using GPS and dispatch software; provide immediate support to address delivery issues or delays.
• Act as the central communication point between drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of delivery activities, incidents, and dispatch logs.
• Adjust schedules and respond to last-minute changes to ensure continuity of service throughout the workday.
