Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a hands-on Dispatch Coordinator to help ensure timely technician dispatch and excellent customer service. The role focuses on coordinating scheduling, guiding field teams, and maintaining clear communication across platforms to meet daily service demands.

The position requires office presence, weekend flexibility, and a background check. Join a national service network with growth opportunities within ARS.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support route planning.
• Must report daily to the office (not a remote position).
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
