$22.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Summary/Objective

The Control Center Dispatcher/Scheduler oversees and controls wheelchair operations, ensuring efficient directing of wheelchair agents to flights. This role involves communication between clients and agents, preparing employee schedules, and managing operational tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Proficient in Avtech Dispatch Software and responsible for its administration.
  • Coordinate wheelchair passenger requests, handle communication via phone and radio.
  • Dispatch attendants timely and monitor requests through Avtech.
  • Manage sign-in/out procedures for tablets, coordinate breaks, and ensure proper reporting.
  • Coordinate with management to secure wheelchairs and maintain safety standards.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with team and clients.
  • Ensure all services are registered correctly in AvTech and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in scheduling using Celayix platform and keep schedules updated.
  • Work with the management team to keep flight schedules accurate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Preferred airport experience, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
  • Quick learner, able to multitask, and proficient in computer skills.
  • Fluent in English, with professional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety requirements and organizational skills.
  • Must pass background check and drug test.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
