CR Plumbing in Argyle, TX, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher - Assistant Office Admin to support our daily operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring efficient scheduling, seamless communication, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

As our Dispatcher - Assistant Office Admin, you will:

  • Coordinate and dispatch service teams efficiently based on customer needs and scheduling priorities.
  • Manage office communications, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, field staff, and leadership.
  • Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and work orders to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying proactive and detail-oriented
Schedule

This in-office position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and enjoys no night or weekend work!
