Job summary

Aston Carter’s Plymouth, MI location is seeking a Dispatcher to manage shipments from assignment through delivery and to coordinate carrier capacity with operations, carriers and customers. This fully onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 10 PM in Plymouth, MI.

You will monitor load status, resolve delays, and maintain TMS data accuracy while fostering timely updates. A degree is preferred or relevant logistics experience, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills critical for

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn transportation software
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Professional demeanor, and strong sense of urgency

Job Type & Location

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
