Nextech, a leading HVAC/R service provider in the United States, is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to connect field technicians with customers and keep service flowing smoothly.

As a Dispatcher, you will manage schedules, communicate updates, track history, and coordinate parts and POs to ensure timely job completion. This is an office-based role requiring precision, urgency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience in service industry preferred.
• Strong Excel and general computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage real-time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to keep technician schedules up to date.
• Communicate service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and management.
• Track service history, updates, and customer communications in the database.
• Coordinate daily schedules to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of work.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensure technicians have correct parts and POs to complete jobs.
• Provide world-class support to internal teams and customers with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls.
• Oversee data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned region.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Dispatcher at Nextech, you’ll be the linchpin of field service operations. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and ensure that our technicians and customers are aligned, informed, and fully supported every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

Min Compensation

USD $25.00/Hr.

Max Compensation

USD $30.00/Hr.

This role is office-based and requires the ability to:

• Continuously able to work in office environment
• Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer

• Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day
