First Student in Stoughton, MA is hiring a Dispatcher to coordinate daily bus operations, assign drivers, and ensure on-time performance for local routes serving Stoughton Public Schools.
The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. You will handle high phone and radio traffic, maintain logs, and collaborate with school officials and drivers to resolve delays.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hours: 10 working hours per day

This important operational position serves as a key communication link between drivers, location leadership, families, and Stoughton Public Schools.
