Job summary

ProspectBlue is seeking a Central Dispatch Specialist to keep freight moving efficiently and on schedule. You will coordinate daily shipments, adjust driver schedules, respond to customer requests, and support service levels across multiple transportation modes.

What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch drivers and manage daily freight schedules.
• Communicate with drivers, service centers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Track shipments across contractor, rail, brokerage, owner-operator, and company equipment.
• Generate daily and ad hoc reports to keep operations on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams on staffing, new accounts, and process improvements.

Shift: 3am - 11am Tues - Saturday or Monday - Friday
