Any Hour Services is seeking a full-time dispatcher to coordinate and manage service calls for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical departments. You will schedule appointments, assign technicians, and track progress to ensure prompt, quality service for customers in the Orem area.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and opportunities for growth within the company.

Position Overview

A dispatcher plays a vital role in coordinating and managing service calls for various home maintenance and repair departments, such as plumbing, HVAC or electrical services. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, assigning technicians to jobs based on location and expertise, ensuring timely responses to customer requests, communicating with customers and service personnel, addressing any issues that arise during service visits, maintaining records of service calls, tracking job progress, and optimizing routes to enhance efficiency. Your work will ensure customers receive prompt, effective service, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. We are currently hiring for our afternoon and evening shifts between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday‑Friday.
