Position: DispatcherEssential Job Functions•Dispatch Service Technicians; this involves scheduling and monitoring the dispatch board•Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls•Ensure the quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field•Record and report the service calls•Update customers through the day on the technician’s progress•Knowledge of common HVAC equipment maintenance, plumbing issues and heating and AC repairs.•Analyze & solve any issues impacting technicians/customers during the process – strategically work w/technicians to ensure customers receive 5 star serviceWork HoursThis is a non-exempt position. Work hours to be determined. Overtime and weekends may occasionally be required based on the needs of business.CompetenciesThis position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
