Job summary

Beacon Mobility seeks a Dispatcher for Huntington Station operations. You will schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles according to predefined routes, ensuring resources are available for tours of duty.

You will relay work orders, use phones and radios to contact staff, prepare daily schedules, and maintain records. The role requires strong organizational skills and at least one year in transportation.

Qualifications

• One year of transportation experience.
• High School diploma is required.

• Facilitate communications within company assigned territories.
• Keep and organize work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Huntington Coach LLCDispatchers are responsible for communicating route information to their drivers and ensuring they have the resources necessary to succeed at their tours of duty.
