Job summary

Service Professor in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a Dispatcher to coordinate technicians, customers, and field leadership to ensure efficient service delivery. You will assign the right technician to calls, monitor schedules, and adjust as needed for max efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with a fast-paced daily workflow and focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years scheduling experience, home services experience preferred.
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a high-paced environment.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer and telecommunication skills.

What Does It Take?

Physical Requirements:

This position primarily requires sitting for extended periods while working at a computer and communicating by phone, headset, and other communication systems. Employees must be able to frequently use a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment. The role requires prolonged computer screen use, frequent verbal communication, and the ability to maintain focus while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Employees may occasionally be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or carry office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
