Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily equipment dispatch for the Fayetteville, AR branch. You will schedule drivers, organize dispatch, process customer orders for deliveries and pickups, and arrange emergency repairs to meet customer needs.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and strong communication with customers and internal teams. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license and a solid understanding of safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules is preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers and organize dispatch of all equipment for the branch.
• Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries and pickups.
• Arrange for emergency field repairs as needed.
