• Contact customers to ensure they are available for the technician to come to their home
• Communicate with, support, and dispatch our technicians to all their jobs
• Use creative thinking and teamwork skills to ensure all customers are taken care of each day
• Plan and facilitate the schedule effectively and efficiently while providing first‑class service to our customers
• Work in an upbeat, fast‑paced environment, where your multi‑tasking and logistical skills will be put to test
• Follow up with customers to determine satisfaction levels
