Compensation

$26 - $29 per hour

Job Summary

The Dispatcher manages daily material dispatching at the HMA plant, coordinates plant production and sales, and maintains accurate shipment and imported material reports, along with clerical support for plant sales.

Main Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, truckers, and co-workers
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the scale house
• Build and sustain relationships with contractors, public agencies, and potential customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Handle daily clerical functions supporting plant sales
• Dispatch materials according to daily requirements
