Location: 2500 Marty Robbins Drive, Lebanon, TN 37090

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Friday - Sunday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Logistics

Our Yard Coordinators / Dispatchers play a critical role in coordinating and tracking the movement of trailers in and out of the yard facility and oversee yard workers (our hostlers). Yard Coordinators also work with incoming drivers to ensure smooth traffic flow in and out of the facility.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of both
• One year of leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Your Responsibilities

• Check-in vendors/drivers upon arrival
• Perform outdoor work as part of daily responsibilities; be prepared for varying weather conditions
• Coordinate trailer movement, gear placement, and dock setup with management and yard switchers (hostlers)
• Conduct thorough yard checks
