POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., has over 100 years of experience in distributing tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm or until the job is complete. Schedules may change based on business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will:
- Provide leadership to personnel through goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication, including feedback and recognition.
- Conduct interviews, hiring, and training as needed.
- Support safety programs to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Hold regular meetings to inform staff of policies and procedures, and enforce productivity standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
- Oversee driver paperwork completion, including logs, inspections, and reports, and ensure timely submission.
- Manage dispatch operations: assign product pulls, route paperwork, ensure timely customer returns, and collect COD logs.
- Monitor fleet compliance with DOT regulations, oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and assist drivers with breakdowns.
- Operate power equipment, including forklifts, and serve as backup driver as needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling; occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds; handling tires over 70 pounds.
- Protective equipment includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vests, harnesses, seatbelts, SRL; provided by U.S. AutoForce except for boots.
- Exposure to weather, moderate noise, fumes from tires and car parts.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Ability to supervise drivers and material handlers.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Ability to learn computer systems.
- Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice.
- Good memory, scanning, communication, and math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and learn forklift operation.
- Valid driver’s license with a good record.
- Pre-employment drug test required.
