• Follow directions written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers' routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track orders using the dispatch program.
• Record cash collected and delivery times on bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries.
• Instruct drivers on the correct routes.
• Update customers on order status by phone.
• Assist drivers with route issues and other duties as assigned.
