About This Role

Belle is hiring its first Dispatcher, a foundational role with the chance to shape the future of dispatch operations at a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will manage daily scheduling and help design systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

You will collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to configure the Carelink platform (for scheduling and routing), develop SOPs, and establish best practices in technician dispatch and route optimization.

Responsibilities

Foundational Setup & Strategy

• Partner with leadership to configure and optimize Carelink for Belle’s model
• Develop, document, and implement SOPs and workflows for scheduling and dispatch
• Establish metrics and feedback loops for continuous improvement
• Identify and implement dispatch best practices aligned with Belle’s service goals

Schedule Management

• Create and optimize daily technician schedules
• Design efficient routes using optimization tools to reduce travel time
• Coordinate with Ops to maximize technician productivity and balance workloads
• Handle schedule modifications, including last-minute changes and call-outs

Coordination

• Generate and distribute daily call lists for scheduling teams
• Facilitate patient communication regarding scheduling
• Maintain real-time communication with Ops to address scheduling challenges
• Adjust schedules dynamically to accommodate urgent requests and ensure coverage

Administrative

• Maintain accurate scheduling records in CareLink
• Track and report key metrics related to scheduling and mileage
• Analyze scheduling trends to improve efficiency and technician utilization

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in dispatch, scheduling, or healthcare operations
• Proficiency with scheduling and dispatch software
• Experience implementing systems, SOPs, or process improvements
• Knowledge of route optimization techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in mobile healthcare, home healthcare, or telehealth is a plus
