About This Role
Belle is hiring its first Dispatcher, a foundational role with the chance to shape the future of dispatch operations at a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will manage daily scheduling and help design systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
You will collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to configure the Carelink platform (for scheduling and routing), develop SOPs, and establish best practices in technician dispatch and route optimization.
