Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Aurora, IL, is seeking a Dispatch Operations Coordinator to support our Final Mile Delivery division. The role involves monitoring COIs, providing real-time route support for drivers, and assisting retail clients and end users.

This is a full-time hourly position with a Tue-Sat schedule from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job Description :

We are immediately hiring a Dispatch Operations Coordinator, in Aurora, IL, to support our Final Mile Delivery division.

Pay Type: Full Time/Hourly/Paid Weekly

Pay: $19.50/hr

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm

Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or last mile delivery is preferred

In this position you'll play a key role in supporting our Final Mile operations. You'll be responsible for:

Monitor contractor COI's

Provide real time route support for drivers

Providing support to retail client and end user customers

Supporting end of day logistics operations, and driver check in

Summary
Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintain files and records.

• Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones
