Job summary

SRM Concrete, a leading provider in ready-mix concrete, seeks a Dispatch Manager to lead the Central Dispatch team and optimize daily operations across multiple plants in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with Plant Managers, Drivers, Sales, and Operations to ensure on-time deliveries, monitor schedules, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining DOT safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Central Dispatch or similar team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with dispatch software and MS Office.
