Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City is seeking a Dispatcher- Inventory Management Support C to assist in moving job orders through the factory and supporting the dispatch and inventory teams. You will ensure WIP accuracy, run reports, and coordinate with production floor and stores teams for timely fulfillment.

The role requires collaboration across departments, attention to accuracy, and the ability to manage sensitive materials with discretion.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma.
• Experience in inventory management or related role preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive materials (e.g., COMSEC) with discretion and in compliance with regulations.
• Ability to run reports, analyze data, and present findings to management.

Responsibilities

• Support dispatch responsibilities and the inventory team in daily tasks.
• Ensure the dispatch system accurately reflects reality and make necessary adjustments.
• Monitor and maintain WIP accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Run regular reports and reconcile differences between dispatch and inventory systems.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly routing schedules for the dispatch team.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for management regarding dispatch operations.
• Support component requests from production floor to stores team for timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with departments to improve efficiency and resolve issues in job order movements.
• Train and mentor dispatch team members to enhance performance.
