Job summary

The Parts Authority in Davenport, IA is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily delivery routes, act as the primary liaison between drivers and the sales team, and support inventory logistics across automotive brands. This is a full-time, on-site role with stable daytime hours.

• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Serve as the main contact between drivers and counter sales team.
• Help manage inventory logistics using catalogs of automotive brands.
• Keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Work with drivers to ensure correct routes and timely updates.
• Assist customers over the phone to update order statuses.
• Distribute runs to drivers and track orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
