Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership by participating in daily operations to ensure an exceptional Guest Experience, focusing on visual standards, policy compliance, and team development.
• Act as Leader on Duty to coach and motivate Cast Members, fostering an engaging and emotional connection to the brand through entertainment and guest engagement.
• Uphold Disney Store Mission to create magical moments for guests of all ages through passionate communication and integrity.
• Maintain high performance standards, provide coaching, and drive team morale and productivity.
• Support community initiatives to promote the Disney brand.
• Collaborate across functions to leverage synergies and support strategic priorities.
• Monitor business performance metrics such as Mystery Shop Scores, sales KPIs, and controllable expenses.
• Ensure store opening and closing procedures comply with company policies.
• Adhere to all company policies, including SOPs, Employee Manual, and Code of Conduct.
• Communicate effectively at all levels, even under pressure, and provide clear direction and feedback to team members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Disney Store grooming standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and climb ladders.
• Availability to work at least three weekdays, including weekends, with flexible scheduling including evenings, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. verification required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail.
• Fluency in another language besides English.
• Comfort with storytelling in front of large groups.
