• Dish and food safety experience required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes, rinses and washes dishes by hand or in dishwasher as assigned, ensuring cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and maintains sanitation.
• Maintains safety procedures and proper chemical/temperature levels.
• Keeps dish area clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to uphold hygiene standards.
• Loads and unloads supplies and equipment as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
