Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining areas in Arkansas. You will ensure all wares are cleaned and sanitized, serving as the backbone that keeps the kitchen running smoothly during busy service.

Follow safety and sanitation procedures, maintain supplies, and work with managers and staff. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays, plus the ability to stand for long periods, is essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine while keeping dish room clean and organized
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies, and clean tableware
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times
