Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is hiring a dishwasher to ensure the kitchen and dining areas stay clean and ready for service. You will be the backbone that keeps the kitchen running smoothly, supporting cooks and servers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Follow safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and dishware.
• Be a team player with a positive energy and good communication.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine and keep dish room clean and organized.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles and report issues.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.
