Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to support our kitchen team at Manor Creek and related senior living communities. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils, and help keep the kitchen areas clean and sanitary to provide a positive dining experience for residents and visitors.

You will work with the culinary team to maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and follow health and safety standards in a respectful, resident‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
