Job summary

Whole Foods Market is hiring for a team member to support dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness. You will ensure a clean, safe environment, assist with deliveries, and provide courteous service to customers and Team Members.

You must be punctual, groomed, and prepared for shifts, with a focus on safety and adherence to SOPs. Responsibilities include maintaining spotless areas, managing inventory and pricing accuracy, and supporting store programs while upholding health regulations and quality

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Demonstrates strong time management and organization.
• Able to deliver clear, respectful communication to customers and teammates.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow SOPs.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Understanding of and adherence to quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed, and ready to work; attends required trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales potential through prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows established procedures including health and safety guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workspace and proper equipment upkeep.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; reports safety hazards and pricing accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
