Job summary

Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.
• Follows safety procedures due to exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware and kitchen utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition and report issues.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation.
