Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness of dishes and equipment, support the kitchen environment, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation. This role serves as a starting point to build a career within Aramark and its diverse opportunities.

You will help keep the dining and service areas clean, adhere to sanitation standards, and assist with light maintenance tasks while supporting a positive guest experience and teamwork across locations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures around hazardous cleaning chemicals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Physically able to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
