Great Western Dining Service at Jefferson College is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to join our team. You'll help ensure clean dishes, prep dining areas, and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required; we value reliability, basic safety awareness, and teamwork. This on-site role offers opportunities for growth as we expand and recognize dedicated staff.

Formación

• Minimal work experience required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Ability to stand/walk for 4-6 hour shifts and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen (coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.).
• Unloading and storing deliveries.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, especially after spills or breakage.
• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
• Supporting other staff with additional tasks as needed.
