Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic dishwasher to support our Back of House team in Fairfax. You will operate the dish machine, wash and sanitize dishes, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.

THE ROLE

Dishwashers play an essential role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly. They are passionate about food and genuine hospitality and work as part of the Back of House team to maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation while supporting kitchen operations.

• Maintain an adequate supply of clean dishware, glassware, silverware, and cookware throughout each shift.
• Keep the dish area and kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Support kitchen operations wherever needed.
• Follow all sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Passion for teamwork, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience is preferred but not required.
