Responsibilities

• Presoak and scrub all silverware
• Pre-rinse all dishes & pots with sprayer
• Load and operate dishwashing machine
• Unload and inspect dishes, rewashing if necessary
• Maintain sanitation standards
• Restock silverware and plates
• Empty trash, compost, and recycling
