Dishwasher Role:

You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen and properly washing and sorting dishes. You may also assist in food prep to keep the kitchen running smoothly and will ensure guest safety by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness standards. This role is a great starting point for future opportunities in other positions. In addition to base pay, you’ll also receive a free meal each shift.

Requirements: Must be 17 or older.

Legal Disclosures:

Pay Range (Base Pay): $13.09 - $15.77 per hour.

Other Compensation: Referral bonuses, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years, with 20+ hours/week).

Health Insurance: Includes health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+).

Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan with a 4% company match (must be 21+, after 1+ years, and 1,000+ hours/year).

Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each hour worked (after 1+ years, 35+ hours/week).
